DSS Takes Siblings of Infant Killed by Dog
No reasons given as to why DSS has removed Aiden McGrew's siblings.
SUMMERVILLE — For the second time since their infant son was fatally mauled by the family dog, Chantel and Quintin McGrew have had their two surviving children removed by the Department of Social Services, Count on 2 reports citing a family source.
No reasons were given as to why the children were taken, according to the story.
Quintin McGrew was charged with unlawful child neglect after the Dorchester County coroner ruled his infant son's death a homicide and deputies said McGrew was sleeping at the time the family's dog fatally dismembered the 2-month-old in April.
The children were taken first in the aftermath of the incident, and returned mid-June.
