The U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday upheld the Affordable Care Act, but did it make the right decision
Since its passage, conservatives have vowed to undo President Barack Obama's signature healthcare reform law, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
On Thursday though the high court's decision to uphold the law was delivered, with Chief Justice John Roberts, a Bush Administration appointee to the court, siding with the court's liberal wing.
Republican Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney has vowed to repeal the law if elected.
