Triangle Hits the Booze for Restaurant Week
All the items on Triangle Char & Bar's Avondale Restaurant Week menu except the desserts are infused with alcohol
With the success of the first Avondale Restaurant Week in February, Triangle Char & Bar was thrilled to do it again.
"Ours is a bit of a drunken menu," Misty Wilder, a manager at Triangle said. "We use alcohol in all the dishes except the desserts."
While Triangle is known for its burgers and a Southern style infusing all its dishes, the restaurant wanted to give its customers something a little different for the promotional week.
"We have a great local clientele anyway, so it's a way to give back to them as well," Wilder said.
Triangle is offering the same three courses for $20 deal that other participating restaurants are offering. The menu includes dishes like Drunken Mussels cooked in Guinness broth, Bourbon Chicken and Whiskey BBQ Chicken.
