What Should Go Here: 1812 Sam Rittenberg Blvd
Coming out of the Great Recession empty storefronts are pretty common, but we want to know what Patch.com users want to see fill those empty business properties
When Marshall's moved over next to Kohl's off Glen McConnell Parkway it left a big hole in Westwood Plaza.
Several readers have called for a Michael's or Hobby Lobby on previous What Should Go Here features, and this spot may be just the right place for one. It's a large retail space in an established shopping center at the center of an intersection of two major highways with ridiculously high traffic volumes.
So what do you think? What should go here?

Hi Sean, thanks for sharing your thoughts, but West Ashley already has both a Big Lots and a Steinmart, I think this location might be too close to the existing stores for either of them to consider it. However it might make a great location for another company in similar segments of the retail industry.
