The S.C. Education Lottery brings in hundreds of millions of dollars every year. Here's how the money is used to benefit people across the state.
For the past decade, South Carolina stores have been selling lottery tickets for both statewide and national games.
Above you will find a tool to search for SC counties that you are interested in. You will find the amount of lottery funds between 2003 and 2011 that were spent on K-12 education, scholarships and libraries.

Do the math. Where is the rest going? How much is the lottery officials being paid? There is a big difference in what they are taking in and what is going out. Has any one ever looked into this? And who are all on the payroll?
