New Culinary Tours Feature Charleston's Tasty Side

New tour blends history and food in America's leading tourist destination.

Charleston Culinary Tours is a new way for visitors and locals to sample an array of food and drink all in the span of a couple hours.

Featuring one mixology and three culinary tours, guests have an opportunity to sample some of the Lowcountry's finest offerings while also interacting directly with the owners, chefs and mixologists behind Charleston's impressive culinary and bar innovations. The narrated walking tour includes historical highlights of the Holy City, in addition to highlighting the city's growing culinary offerings.

Glenn Morehead, Oscar Hines and Guild Hollowell started the culinary experience from their love for Charleston and the amenities the city offers.

Held rain or shine, there are four tours that include Historic Downtown, Upper King Street, the Charleston Farmer's Market and Mixology featuring establishments such as Husk, Rue de Jean, Macintosh, Stars, Virginia's on King, Coast, Hall's Chophouse and many more. 

Each Charleston Culinary Tour visits several restaurants, bars or the Farmer's Market to combine elements of a historical tour with a culinary adventure.
