Jason’s Deli at Northwoods closes; consolidates operations at West Ashley location
Charleston, S.C. — Jason’s Deli Franchisee Peyton Robinson announces the closure of the 2015 Northwoods Boulevard location and consolidation of operations at the West Ashley Jason’s Deli location at 975 Savannah Highway.
Jason’s Deli corporate breakfast and lunch catering contracted at the North Charleston restaurant continues uninterrupted. Catering operations are consolidated in the West Ashley kitchen. The closure of the Northwoods restaurant has no effect on existing catering orders which will be fulfilled with no disruption.

Robinson chose not to renew his lease following unsatisfactory negotiations with his landlord. The Northwoods Boulevard location was in operations for ten years.
Robinson said, “We were blessed to have incredibly loyal customers who patronized our North Charleston deli. We thank them and hope they will continue eating with us at the West Ashley restaurant. We invite them to continue to enjoy all their favorite sandwiches, soups, salads and pastas when they dine with us at Jason’s Deli on Savannah Highway. When I relocated to Charleston from Atlanta to open a Lowcountry franchise, I anticipated success and have been continuously overwhelmed with the allegiance of our Charleston supporters.”

According to Robinson, “We have fifty amazing and professional staff members, many of whom have been employed with us since 2000 and owe much of our success to their dedication. The majority of employees from the Northwoods location have transferred to the West Ashley Jason’s Deli located at 975 Savannah Highway.”
Jason’s Delis have been in operation in Charleston for 14 years. The first location to open was at 975 Savannah Highway.
