After serving a search warrant on a downtown residence Charleston Police arrested the 29 year old resident on multiple drug related charges, according to a Charleston Police Department statement.
Desmon Lamar Grant, 29, of 88 Romney St., is charged with trafficking cocaine, trafficking cocaine base and manufacturing cocaine base, according to the statement.
Members of the CPD Special Investigations Unit served the warrant and confiscated 53 grams of cocaine, 11 grams of cocaine base and $3,300 cash, according to the statement.
