I have bought several Matress' sets at this store and they do not sell used mattress's. I did buy a floor model once becuase I needed it right away and it was sunday. However it was a new bed. Matress Firm which is next door does sells used mattress's, look at utube video on line.Tom and James the salemanare kind, informative and not pushy. A more relaxed enviroment.

Salesman tried to give me the floor model everyone already had laid on after i paid full price for a new one. I walked in on him covering the box spring with plastic and taping it up. I asked if he was going to give it to me and he said it's fine, you want to inspect it. I refused and threatened to rescind with my cc company and was given the new set off the truck. If you have purchased from here or plan on it, make sure packaging is sealed and not taped. I suspect he was going to put my new in place of his used floor model and unless i was there I wouldn't have known the better. Watch out
