A recent Citadel graduate accused of sexual improprieties at the public military university once worked for Rick Santorum's presidential campaign, according to a police report released by the university. The graduate identified in internal college emails has been accused by two underclassmen of unwanted sexual advances, the report alleges. No criminal charges have been filed against the man. Facing growing alarm from parents and students, Skip ReVille begged parents to not go to police.
Facing mounting questions about his conduct, prolific molester Louis "Skip" ReVille dashed off a two-page letter to parents that attempted to explain away some of his behavior. Just days before his arrest, apparently sensing the trouble he was in, ReVille attempted to explain "games" he played with young men that involved touching, flashing of genitals and questions about their pubescent development. Patch was the first to report on the existence of the email in December, but the actual document had been sealed until the end of his criminal case. Documents released this week in the Louis "Skip" ReVille sex abuse case reveal new allegations in the wide-ranging child sex abuse case. Among the new claims, ReVille told authorities that he attempted in 2001 to admit to early sex abuse claims, but that police at the Citadel did not return his messages, according to a Sunday Post and Courier story. Mount Pleasant police have charged Louis "Skip" ReVille with six new counts of child sex abuse, according to police. The charges represent four new alleged victims, police said.
