Born in Augusta, GA, Michael has lived in the Charleston area since graduating from Ohio University in 1973.  He currently lives with his wife Cynthia on Camerton Street where he works from home as a full-time artistic photographer.

Michael has worked in retailing, defense contracts, insurance as well as property management and administrative support.  He recently gave up his job working in the French Quarter to pursue a full-time career as a photographer.

He will be doing a show at Alchemy Coffee in August 2012.
